Lachie Hood owns and operates his own farm, running a composite sheep enterprise and trading cattle.

Before moving into his current position, he worked as a consultant and as a Rural Financial Counsellor, building strong practical and professional experience in agricultural businesses.

He has been finance broking for three years and brings a producer’s perspective to helping clients navigate funding decisions.

Lachie took on the role because he identified a strong alignment with Alana Davies’ values, particularly the focus on supporting farmers to achieve better outcomes and secure finance solutions that suit their circumstances.
