Farm Finance Co was founded by Alana Davies, who spent many years working in a Big Four bank before deciding there had to be a better way to support rural customers.

While the experience gave her strong financial expertise, Alana saw first-hand how customer needs were often lost behind profit targets and endless internal meetings seeing the gap between what customers wanted and what they received continued to widen.

Alana started Farm Finance Co to bring finance back to basics: straightforward advice, responsive service, and solutions that genuinely suit farming businesses and rural families. Her focus is on saving clients time and money, cutting through complexity, and providing support that makes sense in the real world – not just on paper.

Living and working in a farming environment alongside her husband, Brad, Alana understands the pressures, seasons, and decisions that come with rural life.
